- You must contact us to get an RMA#
- Requests for an RMA will be accepted up to 30 days from the
invoice date
- All products must be returned in original condition including
packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories
- Software and consumables are non-refundable unless returned
unopened in their original packaging
- Some hardware items may only be returned for replacement
- Special orders may not be returned
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid
Non-defective products may be subject to a restocking fee and all
non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are non-refundable. |
